Vegan Wedding Taster Boxes
I carefully choose ingredients, always with sustainability in mind, to craft exceptional flavours. From bright and fruity to rich & indulgent chocolate, there’s something to delight every taste.
If you’re ready to save your date with a deposit, wedding taster boxes are complimentary. If you’d prefer to taste first, boxes are £30 each. Your vegan wedding taster box will contain 6 delicious flavours. Gluten free flavours are also available.
Wedding Cake Inspiration & Design
Date saved and flavours chosen, we’ll dive into your dream wedding cake design ideas, exploring style, colours and tiers, while being mindful of your budget.
I’ll create a mood board for you with some watercolour wedding cake designs for us to discuss on your design call.
When you’re completely happy with the design, I’ll send your final invoice and organise your wedding cake delivery & set up.

Your wedding cake price includes:
A one-of-a-kind, hand-painted wedding cake, beautifully crafted to reflect you as a couple
A design consultation over the phone or via zoom
A tailored mood board with hand-painted watercolour sketches and personalised colour schemes
A different flavour available for every tier
A sturdy, matte white presentation board, elegantly trimmed with ribbon
All administrative tasks such as quotations, invoices, follow-ups, and gathering design inspiration
Prices are dependent on the complexity of your wedding cake design and size. If you’d like to save a little money and have your wedding cake as dessert, you might need slightly larger portions than the guidance below.

Delivery & Set up
I’ll deliver your wedding cake to your venue on your big day.
I will deliver and set up your wedding cake across Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Bristol, and Bath, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Delivery starts at £40, depending on how far you are from Warminster (within a 55-mile radius).
I’ll liaise with your wedding planner or wedding venue to plan your wedding cake delivery, so there’s nothing extra for you to do.
If you’re just outside this area, drop me a message and I’ll see what I can do.
With every delivery, I donate to Heal Somerset, a wonderful re-wilding charity that helps restore and protect nature - at no extra cost to you.
Wedding Favours
Treat your guests to something sweet with some delicious vegan wedding favours.
A little gift given to wedding guests is believed to bring newly wed couples good luck!
Personalised dairy-free wedding favours include shortbread rounds, handmade vanilla fudge and brownie bites. Beautifully packaged in eco-friendly packaging and bespoke stickers.
Starting from £2 per favour. Just ask for more details.

Everything you need to know about your bespoke vegan wedding cake.
When should I book our vegan wedding cake?
It’s best to secure your date with a deposit as early as possible to ensure availability - 2026 dates are filling up fast! Ideally, booking 3 to 6 months before your big day gives us plenty of time to discuss flavours, design, and delivery details. Feel free to send me a message to check if I still have your date available.
How much will our vegan wedding cake cost?
Wedding cake prices depend on how many guests you’d like to feed, the number of tiers you’d like and the complexity of your hand painted design. We’ll establish a comfortable budget for your wedding cake and ensure we stay within it as we design your bespoke wedding cake.. Please see our Prices to see my starting prices.
Do you need a deposit to book our vegan wedding cake?
Yes, I ask for a £150 deposit to secure the date for your wedding cake. Once this has been paid, the date is yours and we can move onto the exciting bit - wedding cake flavours and design! I will send you a complimentary vegan wedding taster box, if you haven’t ordered one previous to paying your deposit.
Do you offer vegan wedding cake taster boxes?
Yes! I offer vegan wedding cake taster boxes that can be sent by post, each containing 6 delicious flavours. Please find the 2025-2026 menu here. They’re a perfect way to choose your favourite flavours for your wedding cake from the comfort of your own home. Taster boxes are complimentary if you’re ready to put your deposit down. What kind of wedding cake designs do you create?
Inspired by nature, I create floral and natural wedding cake designs using a variety of hand-painted buttercream techniques. I love to complement floral displays and bouquets, blending your cake design seamlessly with its natural surroundings - from rural barns & manor houses to elegant estates and gardens. Hand-painted cakes offer endless possibilities and allow for truly unique wedding cakes, so the sky really is our limit! Fresh flowers can be added to beautifully enhance a hand-painted design. While semi-naked cakes are an option, fully frosted cakes provide the smoothest surface, making them ideal for detailed hand-painting.
What size wedding cake will I need?
t’s best to start by estimating the number of guests who will attend your wedding. Not everyone will want cake, however some will definitely go up for seconds! Just let me know how many guest you’re expecting and if you have a preference on the number of tiers, and I’ll work out what size cake you will need - no stress, just useful guidance.
Are your vegan wedding cakes suitable for people with allergies?
All of my wedding cakes are dairy-free and vegan. Gluten free wedding cakes are also available. I can cater to many dietary requirements, so do let me know if you have an allergy I should be aware of. Please note, your cakes may contain traces of allergens. Make sure to let me know about any allergies you or your guests may have, to ensure your vegan wedding cake is safe for you and your guests.
Will you deliver our vegan wedding cake to our chosen venue?
Yes! I offer a full delivery & set up service to all of my wedding cake customers. I can deliver to Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Bath & Bristol and anywhere within a 55 mile radius of Warminster. Wedding cake delivery & set up starts from £40, and increases depending on how far away from Warmisnter you are. Let me know which wedding venue you’ve decided to hold your wedding and I’ll calculate your delivery price.
